Each customer is only allowed to enter the raffle once. Repeated applications will be counted as invalid.
Please notify your financial institution in advance, and ensure that you have sufficient credit to enter the
registration.
The Credit card pre-authorization (payment) has not been processed yet. The payment is now being held by Paypal or
Shop Pay. And it would not leave your account until further instructions. Credit card pre-authorization will expire
and the funds will be released back to the cardholder automatically after the raffle. The exact time frame depends
on cardholders’ financial institution’s policies.
Confirmation email with purchasing details will be sent to successful entrants by 5 September, 2022. Notification
will not be sent to those who have been unsuccessful.
Estimated delivery date: Oct 2022. Due to COVID 19, shipment may be subject to delay.
International customers may incur additional charges upon delivery. The buyer is responsible for all import duty and tax due prior to receipt of the product. Courier will contact the buyer to collect payment.
Packaging such as boxes and related materials are for product protection purposes only. ArtConvex will not
exchange/return any item due to defective/damaged packaging.
